Austin Gorham grew up in Las Vegas and moved to Reno in 2010. He began his appliance repair career working for his aunt’s appliance repair company and found that he really had a knack for it and enjoyed it. When his aunt sold the company, he started with a different company and worked there for 6 years until that business was also sold. He then went on a different career path for a few years but got back into the appliance repair business when he realized that he 

enjoyed that more than his other ventures. He was never satisfied with some of the policies of his prior employers, so Austin and his wife decided to start their own company and try to do things better for their customers. 

We live below a mountain range named the Pinnacles, which is why we chose the name Pinnacle Appliance Repair and, this is also the pinnacle of Austin‘s career, finally owning his own company!
